Some of the major producers of white guavas are India, Thailand, Mexico, and Brazil.The white guava pulp is both sweet and slightly tangy, making it a favourite ingredient for beverage manufacturers. White guava pulp is rich in vitamins and minerals. Due to its richness in Vitamin C and A, white guava puree is also used in health based supplements.

Manufacturing process:
The manufacturing of white guava puree begins with harvesting and ripening. The guavas are procured from farmers and sorted based on the quality and size of the fruits. The white guava fruits are ripened naturally in the ripening chambers and secondary sorting is carried out to remove damaged fruits. The fruits are passed through the conveyor belt and subjected to a 2 stage washing process to remove dust and debris.
The white guava fruits are passed to the fruit crusher. The fruit crusher crushes the fruit to produce white guava pulp. White guava pulp can be offered with or without seeds. The pulp is collected in the pulp collection tank. The product is subjected to preheating and metal detectors to remove foreign substances. The product is sterilised and packed in aseptic bags in MS drums.
